Enjoyable and delicious breakfast and the staff was professional. I had a good sized and silent room with a silent bedroom and 2 separate beds, for example. The service was excellent, including a fast check-in. Location: the hotel was close to a separate tower, and the park of 93st.

The Hotel staff was absolutely lovely and helpful. I only complain because I was staying on the 10th floor and on top, there was the gym and they started doing work over there and was terribly noisy and I asked for a room change which took 3 days. Besides that, everyone was so nice and sweet, I would stay there again.
It is very pricey and although the staff is amazing, there are only 2 restaurants, it is really a business hotel, but I went there for plastic surgery and the staff took great care of me, but of course, you pay for everything. And the laundry service damaged 3 of my items.

The rooms are very nice and clean, the shower was fantastic, the food was very good, the gym had an amazing view, the staff was friendly and courteous and some of the staff spoke English.
The gym hours (didn't open until 10 am and closed at 6 pm -- maybe because it was Holy Week), it took a long time for dinner to come after being ordered, there isn't anything of interest within walking distance of the hotel.

Thank you for a really good stay. The hotel is perfect and spotless, the staff are professional, location is excellent further away from the main areas of Bogota. The breakfast is enjoyable and delicious with fresh omelettes, local fruits, there’s an option for each taste.

Not nearly enough clothes hangers in the room. No tissues or face flannels. Prearranged taxi from the airport was not at the airport when we arrived.
